Founded in 1977, Libla Communications, Inc. is a customer focused firm in the telecommunications and utility construction industries. Libla Communications was launched by Larry Libla over 30 years ago and he remains active as owner and operator today. A customer focused approach to business is the foundation for Libla Communications success and is stressed from the owner to the core management team and through every employee since the beginning of the company.

Headquartered in Poplar Bluff, MO, Libla Communications has successfully grown into two divisions including the original telecommunications division and the utility construction division.

The telecommunications division provides a broad range of services. Services include placement of aerial, direct buried and underground fiber and copper cables. We build DLC/remote sites, handle equipment installations, and provide I&R and COE technicians. The telecommunications division is also comprised of an engineering group that is current with the latest technologies.

The utility construction division specializes in water projects, sanitary sewer and drainage projects, and subdivision development.
